Sitting Hare Jemima

Vintage, whimsical, and ever-so-slightly glamorous - our Sitting Hare Jemima brings a lovely fairy tale feel to rustic or French cottage shop shelves. At 10.5x8x23cm, she stands upright with gold-dipped accents on her paws and ears and a feathered collar that makes her almost regal but still approachable - people love picking her up because of how soft the detailing is.

We see most retailers pair her with our white-washed rabbit figurines in seasonal displays or right at the till alongside smaller animal decorations for those quick wins at checkout. We’ve been surprised by how quickly retailers have warmed to Jemima - the Sitting Hare with a bit of glamour about her. There’s something about the white and gold detail that’s really good at catching the light - well, it certainly does in our display room anyway. Her hand-finished resin coat has a slight antiqued effect with a little bit of shimmer, so it does nod to vintage glam while still feeling contemporary. We love her feathered collar. She is just over 23cm tall so she fits in nicely with all sorts of decor, from sitting on a windowsill in the entranceway, to being a bit of fun on a shelf or accent cabinet. She’s definitely unique but that’s what makes her so interesting. For homeware and giftware stores who want to bring a bit of nostalgia into modern day living spaces - or even offices, Jemima’s an easy pick for our shelves and perhaps yours too.
