We've been stocking a lot of LED lanterns, but this lemon-coloured one really pops in the display. It's made with glass and metal so it's fairly sturdy and easy to maintain too. At 10x19cm, it's actually not as big as it looks in the photo - just tall enough to make that statement, especially when they're all turned on. If you're looking for something festive that's a bit more modern than plain gold lanterns, you can't go wrong with yellow - especially if your shop is minimalist or maximalist.

We’re talking about a fairly compact shape at 7x7x17cm so these are more about making a statement - not table bells, nothing functional, but something that sits pretty and starts conversations. The minimalistic Christmas tree shape works well on their own but we find they look even better when there’s two of them on either end of the mantlepiece with candles and smaller knick-knacks lined up between them.

They don’t really give off much light so they work great as ambient lights for dinner settings or outdoor events. These lanterns sit steady thanks to the weighted base which also has ornate cut-out patterns so you can try placing an LED candle behind them for different types of glow (you’ll have to angle it quite specifically though since the entire base is metallic). They’re also much easier to move around than most other lanterns because that little tail at the top doubles up as a carry handle!
