Can jewellery storage be kind of pretty and kind of functional at the same time? Actually, we realised that it is possible with our Jewellery Box Pink - it’s this fun way to make something simple look much more interesting.
If you ask us, what stands out first are those clean lines and rounded edges. The base is this beautiful soft pink and the lid is crafted from a light-coloured natural wood - you get a pleasing contrast between the textures and colours and materials, but also that lovely looped twine on top breaks up all that hard materiality nicely. We noticed too that all the fits and finishes are really sharp - the box sits flush, nothing feels odd. It’s understated, yes, but it doesn’t look like it’d get overlooked next to other items on a shelf.
We recommend these for contemporary or even Scandinavian-inspired interiors because that minimalist design shines through so well. At 20x20x5.5cm they’re still compact enough for bedside tables or dresser tops (and some clients told us customers put these in bathrooms too). It’s MDF so not too heavy but definitely doesn’t feel cheap, and the glass means there’s some nice weight when you open and close the lid.
