Talia Artichoke The Talia Artichoke is a wonderful example of how nature and ceramics can come together in a surprisingly fresh way. Finished in a glossy, almost iridescent lavender glaze - with soft white and blue accents down at the base and all along the leaf tips - this one brings instant movement and interest to any arrangement. We’d describe it as contemporary botanical but, honestly, this can fit into most interior styles as an accent piece. We have some hesitation calling it ‘purple’, only because of how reactive glazes have a way of creating surprising colour changes across each piece. And each one is different from the next too, so what you get might be totally unique. There are subtle streaks of blue, light whites that peek through, and some even go almost pink at times. It’s pretty sturdy too. At just over 17x24cm, there’s enough weight to keep it upright but not so much that people worry about knocking it over.
