Melbourne Trade Fair - August 2013
It's only a few weeks until the Home & Giving Trade Fair in Melbourne and the excitement here at LaVida is starting to build.
We are so excited to be sharing with you the brand new ranges of great new products that we have been working hard to source at wholesale prices we know you will love.
The Trade Fair is a great opportunity to touch, feel and see the products "in real life" and really see how they can work together for you.
We have strategically planned to have our stock levels at full capacity so we will be busy processing orders immediately after the Trade Fair.
To help you to get the new products that you want we thought some information on how our systems here work, might help....
If you are planning on attending the Show......
When placing an order at the Trade Fair you will be able to select when you would like to receive the order.........
Option 1 - ASAP or Send What's Available Now
If you place an ASAP order at the Trade Fair and some of the stock is currently unavailable, you will have the option of either taking all the available items now (with the remaining items going on back order) or waiting until all items are available ..then taking delivery.
Option 2 - Forward Orders
Some customers will come to the show and place an order for delivery ASAP, but they will also place orders for the future.
For example......
1st Order - ASAP option
2nd Order - send the 1st of October
3rd Order - send the 1st of December
This is a great way to manage your stock levels as by the time your 2nd order is due to be picked, you will have a better idea of what products are selling well and which are slower to move. This gives you an opportunity to edit your 2nd and 3rd orders, maybe adding more, deleting some products off and also add any new products which may have come in. It is also absolutely fine to delete these orders if necessary.
The added benefit of future orders is that we add them to the system at the time the order is placed and it helps us with managing stock levels and trying to ensure your items are in stock later in the year.
Option 3 - Future Date
If you choose for your order to be delivered at a certain time, then your order will be picked on that date and shipped.
Bearing in mind that September and October are popular months for forward dating orders.
If you cannot attend this Trade Show, don't worry!
All of our brand new products will be on the website, as usual, as and when they come into stock, so you can order them online as normal.
Watch out for our emails and newsletters as these will keep you up to date with all the new ranges that will be coming in over the next few months.
We love to meet as many of our customers as possible and the Trade Show is a great place to do that, so we hope to see you there.
